mental ray!!!

Update Feb 12:
Trying to put a scene together with this skull. I got more retopology done, increased the intensity of the normal map, and put a custom specular map on the skull as well. Much work to be done with environment and lighting. Here's stage 1:

I asymmetrically retopologized this in ZBrush. It was awful. It took close to 7 hours just to get my low poly mesh. The normal map actually turned out great, though, so I can't complain too much. This was just a test render...much more retopologizing is going to take place.
